§ 156-3. Fine schedule.

Fines for the following identified parking violations within the City shall be set by Council, by resolution, and are payable at the Parking Violations Bureau:

A. 

Parked in a handicapped area; no permit.

B. 

Parking on sidewalk.

C. 

Parking in fire lane.

D. 

Parking on private property.

E. 

Traffic hazard.

F. 

In park after closing (parked).

G. 

Double parked.

H. 

Parked over 48 hours.

I. 

Overtime parking.

J. 

Prohibited restricted parking.

K. 

Blocking traffic.

L. 

Obedience to angle parking.

M. 

Parking between sidewalk and curb.

N. 

No stopping, standing or parking zone.

O. 

Blocking crosswalks.

P. 

Blocking driveway.

Q. 

Parking facing wrong way.

R. 

Any other nonhazardous parking violation.
