§ 258-21. Carrying mechanical implements in public.

No person under 18 years of age shall carry any mechanical implement on the streets, alleys, public roads or public lands within the City unless accompanied by an adult; provided, however, that such person under 18 years of age so accompanied by an adult may carry such mechanical implement, unloaded, in a suitable case or securely wrapped.
