§ 183-3. Malfunctioning railroad crossing signals.

  • No railroad corporation or company operating a railroad through the City of Rockwood shall permit its railroad crossing signals to continuously malfunction after reasonable written notification of such malfunction has been given to the railroad company. No such railroad shall permit its crossing signals to malfunction by the continued closing of railway gates and/or the flashing of signals when there is no approaching train, thereby obstructing the public streets and highway within the City and creating a traffic hazard.
